This regular meeting of the City Council called to order by the
e:,0r at 8:^0 °. L. of `;ednesday, Yavember 19, .947, Councilmen Haskell,
Lytle, Tolliver, and ?:inn present, Councilman ii_ s absent being re-
ported seriously ill.
The minutes of the last meeting held november 12, 1947, were read,
approved as read and so endorse; by the I:avor.

Mr. C. L. Chamberlain of the State Department of Em,

=IAPGE requested., that the City proceed with the enlargement

submit plans and arecifications for the addit .n 'rorosed
in the agreement of 191.6 and also to consider a further
extenson of this b.,ilding to include spice neces_ary-
for City functions.

sealed bids on sewage comminuting apparatus, proper
publication of notice was ;;roved by affidavit and bids
received in accordance therewith opened:
1. Proposal of E. C. Cooley Jo. 3 2947.50 de-

2. Proposal of process Engineers, Inc. 3 3229.00
delivery in from 7 to 9 months.
