Glenn, City attorney of the City of rP_CTu3T VS Sacramento solicited a cotribution of $500.00 toward the cost i.T. & T. of presenting a protest against the a:plication of Pacific I::E Telephone & Telegraph Companyin its amended applfeltiAy increase i1 RATE'S No. 25211 before the Public Utilities Cormission. The City Clerk xas directed to keep in touch with this effort and the matter continued to the October 1 meeting. Five recommendations emanating from the City Plaridng CCM— mission: Cl) That the rezoning petitioned by Ronald Forsyth and wife affecting properties :lest of School, South of Locust and East of Fleasant Avenue, be denied, two R CCI=IDATIONS public hearings having been had thereon at which CF CITY PLAn1- objectors out numbered proponents.
