City Engineer Henning, at this time submitted a supple-
ment to his previous report on the cost of collecting
area treating sanitary sewage with a comparison of rates
charged by the Cit-: of T'a10 Alto for sewage handling:
and an application of his cost estimates to water charges
a,justed as also previously su;,;ested, similar to the
practice obtaining in the City of Sacramento.
The Council then considered various ways and means of
producing additional city income to meet the increas-
ing costs of operation and finance projects now under
way and contemplated.
