Lir. Aeckenlaible was instructed to continue his efforts and make such office alterations as necessary. The application of Angelus Costa for sewer connection at COSTA 801 W. Lockeford Street, outside the c;:ty, transmitted through SV_WM Superintendent of Utilities Killelea, was laid over and-�osta_ advised to initiate proceedings for annexation, upon which the City would extend its Lockeford Street Lain and he would then have to pay only connection costs.
