The City
Council of t' -.e City of Lodi met at 8:00 o'clock P.M. of Wed-
nesday, May 5,
1948, Councilmen Bull, Haskell, Lytle, Tolliver and Rim

absent. The minutes of the last meeting held April 28th
were read, approved

Oscar Dittmanson, Acting Postmaster, advised the Council by
letter that postal rules and regulations prevented the moving

At 10:30 P.M, the City Council retured into executive session
for consultation with the City Attorney so remaining until
11:30 P.M, when open meeting was resumed and adjournment
taken to 8:00 o'clock P.M. of :Yednesday, May 12, 1948 on
motion of Councilman Tolliver.
