After an hours discussion, it was moved by Couneilasa Bull, Haskell second, that the Outboard Motor Club be allowed to chard admiss- ion tc Lake Dark of the first Sunday after July 4, 1949 :rith the definite reservation that all charges be collected by the City Recreation Departmeat and that regulations as to hours, events, mission charges, etc. be subject to the approval of the City Council.
