Claims in the amount of $55,538.41 as prepared by the CLXW. -PIner a Department and approved by the City Dftnager were allowed and ordered paid on motion of Councilman Bull, Rinn second. Payment to T. N. Blair Company of Sacramento of ,$12,250.00 PAYtENT on that Cmpamrr's contract for air conditioning the City . $12,250.00 Ball was directed on motion of Councilman Haskell, Preszler TO T.N.BLSIR second. Southern Pacific Company was granted permission to alter, S.P. Eotice that the City Planning Cormission approved the MOW CN vacation of " Allen Ione " in Morenz'Tract, with certain VACAITICK reservations as to payment of costs and reservation of ALLEN L.*M public street and utility easements was received from P.ECA- V= that Co=mission.
