Central Wiley Division of the league of California Cities to
be hell in Patterson on Januar 13th.
In the ratter cf the refund of $384.33 paid by 3.A.Thayer for
extension. of sanitary sewer to the premises at 1325 Vest Lodi
Avenue, dish seed at the previous meeting, it was moved by
Councilman Haskell, Bull second that this amount be refunded in
._.L. the Thayer sewer had been incorporated in the City settee
system and now served other use's. motion carried.
...r Weller stated that he had reached an-ag,eement with Fans
Corinth hereby he ( Corinth) would :ay oma -half of the cost
of improv -ng Corinth Avenue to City standards, credit having been
allowed it Corinth for the grading and oiling done prior to
annexation of his tract. No objection; voiced to this deter .n-

City Attorney Glen= West raving submitted his written opinion
