Councilman Bull moved, Haskell second, that this matter
be reopaned and that, if legal y possible, that Nickel
be :reed from the cost of re -moving this 'line as it ,as
the implied intention of the City Council to pass title
to vacated Lookeford Avenue in such condition that it
could be used far buildings to be erected thereo3.
