Edwin Faszer, 20 South Fairmont, addressed BAPS! the City Council to ask if something coup: be ,'one to remove the .barn (belon7ir.- to G L. :csill) which is on t --e west si^e of Fairr-ert avenue between. Pine and Oak Streets. The .:estion was referred to the City Attorney .vho informed i•.r. Faszer that this barn had existed on he pronerty before the oronerty was subdivided and t^e street installed. Since it was a non-corC;forr.ir.g use in the residerti-1 zone, he did not believe anythir.; could be done Ander the present ordinances. :r. ^aszer also comnlained that the nropert; on. the northeast corner of Fairmont ~venue and Oak Street did not '^.ave a sidewalk alon7 the Fair:ront h'lenue side of the rronert,-. :e added that it Was ^:e custom of the nror,- erty owners to pile rubtish and carden refuse in this sidewalk area. i•:r.
