1959 were approved as written and mailed on mo-
tion of Councilman Culbertson, Katzakian second.

ance with law, Mayor Brown called for public ....r-
ing on the proposed annexation of the Freeway

tion of the Planning Commission that the annexa-
tion bs^roved. There were no protests, written
or oral. Cn motion of Councilman Robinson. Cul-
bertson second. the Council introduced Ordinance
No. 653 annexing the Freeway Addition to tbe Ci..
of Lodi by reading of title only and waiving
reading of the ordinance in full.

:totice thereof having been published in accord-
ance with law, the Mayor called for public hear-
ing on the cono1_etion of and the assessment on
the Vine -Windsor Street Lighting District. There
were no protests, •written or oral. Mr. ,lenge of
709 West Vine Street requested that an error in
the amount of his assessment be corrected. Cr.
motion of Councilman Robinson, Ketzakian second,
the Council_ adopted Resolution _;o. 2279 confirming
the assessment on the Vine -Windsor Street Light-
ing District which was at the rate of $1.61 rer
front foot.
Notice thereof having been published in accord-
ance with law, the Mayor called for public hearing
on the proposed establishment of building set-
back lines on '.gest Lockeford Street between
Church Street and California Street at 40 feet
each side of and parallel to a certain center
line. There were no Protests. written or oral.
and on motion of Councilman Katzakian, Culbertson
second? .he Council introduced Ordinance No. 651
establishing said lines by reading of title on' -
and waiving the reading of the ordinance in full.
