PLANNING CO`MISSION SETBACK LINE ON W. LOCKE.- FORD The Planning Commission recommended that building setback lines be established on 'lest Lockeford Street between Church Street and California Street at 40 feet each site of and parallel to a certain center line in order to provide for an eventual four -lane street upon ultimate develop- ment as a commercial street. Councilman Robin- son moved, Culbertson second that the matter be set for public hearing on December 16, 1959. Motion carried. SETBACK LINE The Planning Commission recommended that the exist - 5. The setback lines should be 30 feet each side of and parallel to the center line of South Sacramento Street between Lodi Avenue and a point 350 feet south of Tamarack Drive.
