MINUTES Cn motion of Councilman Brown, Culbertson second, the minutes of Marc`: n' 1959 were arrroved as written and !ailed andthe minutes of February 25. 1959 were approved after correction of section 2 of the aragraph entitled "Civic Center", to read as follows: "2. Councilmen Robinson and .tic hell cuestioned the .criteria used by the ?lannin= Commission in recommending site • to include a library and a fire station. The City Manager mentioned that the Coity Engineer had suzres.ed that if site "C" were selected for a Civic .enter. part of it could be used on a tem- porary basis to pond storm waters drained from the business district until such time as the City had su=`';^Cent finances to complete construction of the storm drainage system.
