SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
CARNEGIE FORUM, 305 WEST PINE STREET

ROLL CALL
Present: Council Members — Hitchcock, Mann, Nakanishi, Pennino and Land (Mayor)
Absent: Council Members — None
Also Present: City Manager Flynn, Deputy City Manager Keeter, Human Resources Director
Narloch, Human Resources Analyst Evans, Police Chief Hansen and City Clerk
Reimche
2. CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Land adjourned the meeting at 7:00 a.m. to a Closed Session to discuss the following
items:
a) Conference with labor negotiator, Human Resources Director Joanne Narloch, regarding
Lodi Police Officers' Association (LPOA) pursuant to Government Code §54957.6
b) Conference with labor negotiator, Human Resources Director Joanne Narloch, regarding
Lodi Police Dispatchers' Association (LPDA) pursuant to Government Code §54957.6
3. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION / DISCLOSURE OF ACTION
Mayor Land reconvened the Council meeting at approximately 8:15 a.m., and disclosed that there
was no final action taken in these matters.
4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Land adjourned the
meeting at approximately 8:15 a.m.
