Councilmen Drown, Katzakian, Mitchell, Ullmann and Culbertson (1•iayor) present. None absent. Also present: City Manager Glaves, Planning Director Rodgers, City Attorney Mullen and Administrative Assistant Carlton. MINUTES Minutes of March 7, 1962, were approved as written and mailed on motion of Councilman Katzakian, Brown second. PUBLIC HEARIivGS S. CRESC,iiT Notice thereof having been published in accordance LIGHTIiaG DIST. with law, Mayor Culbertson called for public hearing on the work and the assessment for the RES. NO. 2523 South Crescent Street Lighting District. There ADOPTED were no protests, written or oral. On motion of Councilman Brown, Mitchell second, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2523 confirming the assessment for the South Crescent Street Lighting District. Mayor Culbertson announced that fourteen City employees had completed a course in Supervisory Methods in ?Municipal Administration as given by the Institute for Training in Municipal Admin- istration of the International City Managers' Association and which had been conducted under the joint sponsorship of the City of Lodi and the Lodi Adult bducation program. He congratulated the employees for their.achievement, stating that the Council was proud of such employees who were interested in bettering themselves and thus contributed to more efficient operation of the City. The following employees received diplomas: Loren Cromwell, Marvin Davis, Forrest Eproson, Leroy Hoffman, Peter Horst, Emil Keszler, Walden, Klaffke, J. Paul McClure, Robert McLane, Robert Mendez, Ores'. Merry, Victor Meyer, Miles Sperling and Darrell Milson. PLANWI11G COMI-TISSI011 EUNICE GLEN The final map of Lunice Glen Subdivision was SUBDIVISION presented for Council approval, all conditions of the Subdivision Ordinance in regard to subdivision maps having been filled. On motion of Councilman Katzakian, Brown second, the City Council approved the final map of Eunice Glen.Subdivision. LOBAUGH The final map of Lobaugh Subdivision was presented SUBDIVISION for approval, all conditions of the subdivision ordinance in regard to subdivision maps having been complied with. On motion of Councilman 3rown, Ullmann second, the City Council accepted the final map of the Lobaugh Subdivision. MIM
