The document contained points under the following headings which were compiled from the various reports issued by JHK tpd Associates; records provided by City Cab Company; interviews with owner -operators of the Lodi Cab Company; and "Chico Clipper" and City and County officials in Bute County: The paper assumes that the City will use the City Cab Company for the demonstration pro- ject; i) City Cab Company Operations b) Need for Service c) Clientele d) Cost of rides e) Area to be seryed f) . Projected ridership g) Projected income to Cab Company h) Length of Project i) Financial Impact j) Other factors to consider Lengthy Council discussion followed with questions being directed to Staff and to Mr. Margrave, owner of the City Cab Company, who was in the audience. Further discussion followed on the following proposals; a) that the pilot program be for a period of one year b) fares be established at 50� for any place in the City c) that the program be 100% subsidized by .
