Camp Fire Girls 6 to 8 meetings a month Available To be continued Head Start Twice a month LUSD To be continued RENTAL OF CITY FACILITIES 50+ Club Dance February 15 To be held 50+ Club Dance March 15 " The sponsors of the following events planned to be held in City facilities will need to provide the City with Certificates of Insurance naming the City as additional insured or they will be cancelled: Lodi Civitan Crab Feed - March 8 40th Birthday Party - March 15 Council also discussed: a) the need to make building repairs at Hutchins Street Square Cafeteria b) to ascertain from the Lodi Unified School District what impact the City's not having liability insurance will have on the City's use of school facilities c) the need for additional supervision at events where city facilities are being rented out e) the possible need for inspection of city facilities used by the public f) the possibility of removing playground equipment at various city parks. There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 9:25 am to a "Closed Session" of the Council to discuss matter pertaining to personnel. ALICE M.
