a) Agenda item #13-1 entitled, "Council Interviews of City Council Applicants".
The purpose of this meeting was to conduct Council interviews of the top-ranked City
Council applicants for the seat vacated by Council Member David Warner who was sworn
in as a municipal judge on February 9, 1998.
Mayor Sieglock called the meeting to order and instructed the applicants on the process
for the oral interviews. Each interview would last no longer than 30 minutes, and the City
