ADJOURNED REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
CARNEGIE FORUM, 305 WEST PINE STREET
TUESDAY, APRIL 23, 1996

(ADJOURNED FROM THE REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL 17, 1996)
ROLL CALL
Present: Council Members - Davenport, Mann (left at approximately 8:32 a.m.), Sieglock and
Warner (Mayor)
Absent: Council Members - Pennino
Also Present: City Manager Flynn, Public Works Director Ronsko, City Engineer Prima, Finance
Director McAthie, City Attorney Hays and City Clerk Perrin
2. REGULAR CALENDAR
a) The City Council, on motion of Council Member Mann, Sieglock second, adopted
Resolution No. 96-36 awarding the contract for "Well 4R Tank And Pump Station Project,
1215 Thurman Street" to Conco West, Inc., of Manteca, in the amount of $1,222,300 and
certifying the Negative Declaration as adequate environmental documentation and further
appropriated funds in accordance with staffs recommendation, by the following vote:
Ayes: Council Members - Davenport, Mann, Sieglock and Warner (Mayor)
Noes: Council Members - None
Absent: Council Members - Pennino
3. CLOSED SESSION
Following the Shirtsleeve Session scheduled for this date (approximately 8:25 a.m.), Mayor
Warner adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the following matter:
a) Actual Litigation: Government Code �54956.9(a). One Case. City of Lodi v Shell Oil
Com,oanv et al San Francisco County Suoerior Court Case No 939483 (DBCPP)
4. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION / DISCLOSURE OF ACTION
Mayor Warner reconvened the meeting at approximately 8:35 a.m. and disclosed the following
action:
a) Actual Litigation: Government Code �54956.9(a). One Case. City of Lodi v. Shell Oil
Company, et al.. San Francisco County Superior Court, Case No. 939483 (DBCP)
No final action was taken on this matter.
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, Mayor Warner adjourned the
meeting at approximately 8:35 a.m.
