Recommended that the Final Environmental Impact Report for Noma Ranch, a 201- acre residential project proposed for the north side of Almond Drive, 1/4 mile west of Cherokee Lane (4131 E. Almond Drive) be certified as adequate. Of Interest to the City Council 1. Denied the request of Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers, on behalf of Tom M. Noma to rezone a 20f acre parcel on the north side of Almond Drive, 1/4 mile west of Cherokee Lane (4131 East Almond Drive) from R-2, Single -Family Residential, to P -D 126, Planned Development District No. 26. 2. The proposed project is the rezoning and subdivision of a 203 acre parcel of land and will contain 67 single-family lots, 13 duplex lots (26 units), and a 41 -condominium lot.
