behalf of Tom M. Nam for the approval or the Tentative
Subdivision Map of Nana Ranch, a proposed 203 acre
residential project on the rmth side of Almond Drive,
mile west of Cherokee Lane (4131 East Almond Drive.).

Map of Summerfield, a 7.5 acre, 51 -lot residential

Resubdivision of Lot 72, Lodi Barnhart Tract (i.e. 315-401

For Action of the City Council
1. Recommended that the Final Environmental Impact Report for Noma Ranch,
a 201- acre residential project proposed for the north side of Almond
Drive, 1/4 mile west of Cherokee Lane (4131 E. Almond Drive) be
certified as adequate.
Of Interest to the City Council
1. Denied the request of Baumbach and Piazza, Consulting Engineers, on
behalf of Tom M. Noma to rezone a 20f acre parcel on the north side
of Almond Drive, 1/4 mile west of Cherokee Lane (4131 East Almond
Drive) from R-2, Single -Family Residential, to P -D 126, Planned
Development District No. 26.

Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director
has filed a Notice of Completion for the NOMA RANCH SUBDIVISION Environ-
mental Impact Report to be located on Almond Drive, 1/4 mile west of
Cherokee Lane. The proposed project is the rezoning and subdivision of
a 203 acre parcel of land and will contain 67 single-family lots, 13
duplex lots (26 units), and a 41 -condominium lot.
Information regarding this Environmental Impact Report may be
obtained in the office of the Community Development Director at 221 West
Pine Street, Lodi, California. All interested persons are invitad to
present their views and comments on the Environmental Impact Report. Written
statements may be filed with the Community Development D+rector at any
time prior to November 11, 1933.
