Council was informed that moth subdivisions are cul-de-sac subdivisions located on Lakeshore Drive, east of Mills Avenue. CITY OF LODIl PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT J TO: City Council FROM: City Manager DATE: December 16, 1983 SUBJECT: Lakeshore Village Units Nos. 5 & 6 COUNCIL COMMUNICATION RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map for Lakeshore Village Unit W5, Tract 1878, and conditionally approve the final map for Lakeshore Village Unit A, Tract 1888, pending receipt of the final map approval from the surveyor's office, and authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to sign the Subdivision Agreement which covers both of these subdivisions. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Grupe Communities, Inc. plans to do all the improvements within Lakeshore Village Units Nos. 5 & 6 simultaneously. Therefor, a Subdivision Agreement covers both of these subdivisions. Both subdivisions are cul-de-sac subdivisions located on Lakeshore Drive, east of Mills Avenue. Unit #5 contains 12 residential lots and Unit N6 contains 23 lots. The City has received the necessary agreements and development fees. WAJ�4 J L.
