NO. 85-174 Council was apprised that the improvements in Beckman Park Villa, Unit No. 2, have been conpleted in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Guarantee Savings, dated January 3, 1984, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Beckman Park Villa, Unit No. 2 have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Sub- division Agreement between the City of Lodi and Gjarantee Savings dated January 3, 1984, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Code of the City of Lodi have been complied with in connection w-'th the improvements of Tract Map No. 1884 which map was filed in Volume 26, Page 11.7, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. 2. 'T'hat the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not been revoked. Box 5497 Fresno, CA 93755 SUBJECT: Beckman Park Villa, Unit No. 2 The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on December 18, 1985, accepted the offsite subdivision. improvements that were made in Beckman Park Villa, Unit No. 2. The resolution accepting the street improvements in this subdivision and the public storm, water, sanitary and electrical systems installed within the subdivision will be mailed as soon as it is processed by the City Clerk. From the date of the acceptance, the City of Lodi will maintain the street and other public improvements installed. We are reassigning the Passbook Account covering faithful performance (letter enclosed). The Passbook Account covering labor and materials will be reassigned 90 days after the date of the resolution in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and Subdivision Map Act. The final 10% payment for the City's portion of the street work will be forwarded to you in approximately 30 days. Sincerely, G.E.
