Council adopted Resolution No. 87-173 accepting the
development improvements included in the Development
Agreement for 1510 West Century Boulevard.
Improvements at 1510 West Century Boulevard have been
completed in substantial conformance with the requirements
of the Development Agreement between the City of Lodi and
the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of
Jesus Christ of. Latter -Day Saints dated February 12, 1986
and as specifically set forth in the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council.

AGENDA TITLE: Accept Improvements at 1510 West Century Boulevard (Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints)
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
development improvements included in the Development Agreement for 1510 West
Century Boulevard.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements at 1510 West Century Boulevard have
been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the
Development Agreement between the City of Lodi and the Corporation of the
Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints dated
February 12, 1986, and as specifically set forth in the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council.
The street to be accepted is as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 87-373
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREE'l-TENT FOR 1510 WEST CENTURY BOULEVARD
The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
I. That all requirements of the Development Agreement for 1510 West Century
Boulevard, dated February 12, 1986, between the City of Lodi and the
Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter -Day Saints have been complied with. The improvements are shown on
Drawing 85D104 which is on file in the Public Works Department.
2. That the offer to dedicate the following street has not been revoked.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 87-173 was passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular

SUBJECT: 1510 West Century Boulevard
The City Council of the City of Lodi at its meeting of December 16, 1987,
accepted the offsite subdivision improvements that were made in 1510 West
Century Boulevard.
Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the
resolution accepting the street improvements in this subdivision and the
public storm, water, sanitary and electrical systems installed within the
subdivision. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will
maintain the street and other public improvements installed.

A copy of this letter will be sent to your bonding agency in order that s
the bond covering faithful performance can be exonerated. The bond
covering labor and materials will have to remain in effect for a period of
90 days from the date of the resolution in conformance with the
requirements of the State of California and Subdivision Map Act.
