HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - December 9, 1981 (51)COMMUNICATIONS City Clerk Reiache apprised the Council that a Memorandum had been received from the Community Development Director, AMENDED LOT LINE James Schroeder, stating that there was a drafting error ADJUSTMENT APPROVED on the map of the Lot Line Adjustment between Tots 255 LOTS 255 AND 256, and 256 in the Vineyard Subdivision, Unit No. 3 which VINEYARD SUBDIVISION was approved on November 18, 1981. Schroeder, Director of Community Development RE: Cedar Court Lot Line Adjustment - Correction to Map On November 18, 1981 the Council approved a Lot Line Adjustment between Lots 255 and 256 in the Vineyard Subdivision, Unit #3 (453 and 459 Cedar Court). It has been brought to our attention that there was a drafting error on the map that requires correction at this time. The western property line dimensions were given as 54 feet * 8 feet on the map approved by the Council. THIS IS INCORRECT, The CORRECT DIMENSION OF THE WESTERN PROPERTY LINE OF LOT 255 3S TO BE 56 FEET.
