Conditionally approved the request of Ron Slate on behalf of 312 Investment Ccrpany for a Te,:tative Parcel Map to create Parcels A, B and C from Lot 3, Maxwell Industrial Park; and the Maggio property at 1935 South Stockton Street in an area zoned ;i-2, Heavy Industrial.. 2. Conditionally approved the request of tacky Stores, Inc. for a Tentative. Subdivision Map to divide the old Albertson's/Pay 'n Save (i.e. Euclid Shopping Center) into 8 parcels, located at the south-east corner of West Kettleman Lane and South Hutchins Street in an area ?ohed C -S, Commercial Shopping. 3. Approved an 18 --month extension of the Use Permit o% Guarantee Savings and Loan to establish a branch office at 1300 'â–ºfest Kettleman Lane in an area zoned P --D(15) , Planned Development District No. 15. At the request of the applicant, took no action to extend the Use Permit for a temporary portable office building on the Holz ak)ber CompEmy property at 1129 South Sacramento Street in an area zoned M-2, Meavy Industrial. 6. Rec cmmended that the San Joaquin County Board of Zoning Adjustment Ieny the request of Frank Lucxfiesi for a Use Permit to operate an agriculturally -related tricking operation on the east side of State Lute 99 Frontage Road (i.e. 18566 North Highway 99). 7. Pecommended that the San Joaquin Planning emission approve the request of JSG Trucking to rezone Property from GA -20, GeneralAgriculture to M -1/L, Limited Manufacturing in the southwest quadrant of the fridge Road, State Route 99 interchange (i.e. 19400 North Highway 99).
