The estimate for this portion of the project is $214,000.00. The Federal contribution (Federal Aid Urban funds) will be $184,488.00. The City's responsibility is $29,512 which has been budgeted out of City TDA funds. EXHIBIT B Page 2 November 2, 1982 2. The City of Lodi will advertise, award and administer this project. 3. The State will handle all Right of Way acquisition and relocation assistance payments. 4. The City of Lodi will reimburse the State for their share of casts for work requested to be performed by the State. �1 5. 6. 7. 8. 1 In awarding the contract, the Local Agency agrees that payment of Federal funds will be limited to the Detail Estimate amount approved by the Federal"Highway Administration in the Federal -Aid Project Agreement (PR -2), or its modification (PR -2A), and accepts any increases in State Matching, Exchange or Local Agency funds. In executing this Program Supplement, the Local Agency hereby reaffirms the "Nondiscrimination Assurances" for Federal-Aiu Program, contained in the aforementioned Master Agreement.
