BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Rivergate Commons, Ltd., the developer of Rivergate Commons, has furnished the City with the final maps and the subdivision ink- provement plans as well as the necessary improvement security, insurance certificate and development fees for this subdivision. Most of the improvements were installed by the previous owner under subdivision agreement for Rivergate Unit No. 1.
