SUBJECT: Rivergate Commons Units 1 and 2
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the subdivision maps for
Tract No. 1932, Rivergate Commons Unit No. 1 and Tract No. 1933, Rivergate
Commons Unit No. 2, and authorize the City Clerk to sign the maps on behalf
of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Rivergate Commons, Ltd., the developer of Rivergate
Commons, has furnished the City with the final maps and the subdivision ink-
provement plans as well as the necessary improvement security, insurance
certificate and development fees for this subdivision. Most of the improvements
were installed by the previous owner under subdivision agreement for Rivergate
Unit No. 1. These two subdivisions will be developed into a 22 -unit condomini-
um project.
