Hinchman Mayor The governing body of the city has the authority to appoint one member to the mosquito abatement board as authorized under Section 2240, 2242, and 2245, of the California Health and Safety Code. Such member appointed serves for a two year term and should be a resident of the city from which he is appointed. In discussing this matter with Mr. Fuller, he stated he would be more than happy to serve another term if re -appointed. Mr. Fuller meets all the requirements described by law and has fulfilled his duties as a board member in an excellent manner. His fellow board members would. highly recommend his re -appointment. The San Joaquin County Mosquito Abatement District Board of Trustees and staff members wish to express their thanks for the excellent coop'ration shown by the City Council and the employees of the City of Lodi during this past year.
