RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements in "LOWER
SACRAMEN�RU'AD STNITARY SEWER, 120' N/Yosemite Drive to 260' N/Yosemite.Drive,"
and direct the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Completion with the
County Recorder's office.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Claude C. Wood Co of Lodi
on October 15, 1986, in the amount of $7,390.00. The contract has been completed
in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City
Council.
The contract completion date was November 25, 1986, and the actual completion date
is November 24, 1986. The final contract price was $7,390.00.
