NO. 87-162 Council adopted Resolution No. 87-162 accepting the subdivision improvements included in Tract Map No. 2084, CC -46 Fawnhaven Subdivision, area on Elgin Avenue, Fawnhaven Way, and `Dalley Avenue. Improvements in Fawnhaven Subdivision have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Daryl Geweke dated May 4, 1987, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. .m • r1TV G i t�°1�1t v � `� �. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Fawnhaven Subdivision have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and Daryl Geweke dated May 4, 1987, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The streets to be accepted are as follows: STREETS LENGTH IN MILES Fawnhaven Way 0.06 Valley Avenue 0.05 Elgin Avenue 0.07 TOTAL NEW MILES OF CITY STREETS 0.18 ack L. That all requirements of Chapter 16 of the Lodi Municipal Code have been complied with in connection with the improvements included in Fawnhaven, located on Elgin Avenue, Fawnhaven Way, and Valley Avenue, which map was filed on July 10, 1987, in Volume 28, Page 37, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. 2. That the offer to dedicate the following streets has nct been revoked. STREET LENGTH IN MILES Fawnhaven Way 0.06 Valley Avenue 0.05 Elgin Avenue 0.07 Total new miles of City streets 0.18 Dated: December 2, 1987 I hereby certify that Resolution No. 87-162 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held December 2, 1987, by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmembers - Hinchman, Pinkerton, Reid, Snider, and Olson. RL?� LD ;n, SMN City AttorreN The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on December 2, 1987, accepted the offsite subdivision improvements that were made in the above subdivision. Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the resolu- tion accepting the street improvements in this subdivision and the public storm, water, sanitary and electrical systems installed within the subdivi- sion. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will maintain the street and other public improvements installed. The enclosed letter, together with the security release form, has been sent to your bank in order that the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance can be exonerated. The Instrument of Credit covering labor and materials must remain in effect for a period of 90 days from the date of the resolution, in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and the Subdivision Map Act. On March 2, 1988, this instrument can be released if no claims, -.have been filed. If you have any questions, please contact me at any time. .E.
