Reca nnended that the Land Use Element of the Lodi FMIC HEARING General Plan be amended to redesignate a 3.17 acre parcel at 2430 West Turner Road from Coimercial to Medium Density Residential, as requested by Dennis Bennett. 2. Recannended that P -D (1), Planned Development District No. 1 be amended so that the 3.17 acre parcel at 2430 West Turner Road conform to the requirement of the R -GA, Garden Apartment Residential District rather than the C -S, Cocnriercial Shopping District as requested by Dennis Bennett. 3. Recommended that the Negative Declaration as filed by the Cam pity Development Director be certified as adequate environmental documentation on the above projects. Addington on behalf of Gruzy- Development Carpany - Northern California, to amend the Land Use Element of the Lodi General Plan by redesignating Lots 58-61 and 63-71 of Lakeshore Village. Unit No. 1 and Lot 248, Lakeshore Village, Unit No. 7 from Office Institutional to Camrercial. 2. Took no action on the request of Ronald S. Addington on behalf of Grupe Development Cmpany - Northern California to amend P -D (21), Planned Development District No. 21 so that Lots 58-61 and 63-71 of Lakeshore Village, Unit No. 1 and Lot 248 of Lakeshore Village, Unit No. 7 would conform to the provisions of the City's C -S, Commercial Shopping District rather than the R -CP.
