RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements for " Ham
Lane Improvements, Lodi Avenue to Elm Street," and direct the Public Works
Director to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Granite Construction of
Stockton on June 5, 1985, in the amount of $287,989.50. The contract has been
completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved
by the City Council.
The contract completion date was September 14, 1985, and the actuz, cc!,i,ie.icn
date is November 12, 1985. The final contract price was $ 332,417.19,-
