AND ELECTRIC COMPANY (PGandE) hereby gives notice that in Amended Application 82-01-59 it has requested authorization under its Solar Financing Adjustment (SFA) to revise its electric and gas tariffs, effective January 1, 1983, to support its Demonstration Solar Financing program, which the Commission ordered PGandE to conduct under 011-42 in Decision No. 92251. The proposed rates would increase PGandE's electric revenues by about .09 percent or $3,776,000 and will decrease gas revenues by about .01 percent or $239,000 for the 12 -month period, January 1, 1983, to December 31, 1983. The adjusted SFA rates will support the Demonstration Solar Financing program. The SFA procedure established for this purpose passes through to ratepayers only actual costs of the program. By this Amended Application, PGandE seeks authority to continue to carry out PGandE's portion of the Commission -mandated Demonstration Solar Financing program which previously has been reviewed and approved by the Commission in Decisions Nos. 92906 and 93272. Therefore, PGandE requests that its Amended Application be granted ex parte. The state, the counties, the municipal corporations, and other parties interested in the above-mentioned filing will be furnished a copy of Amended Application No. 82-01-59, with related exhibits, upon written request made to PGandE, 77 Beale Street, P.O. Box 7442, San Francisco, California 94120, Attention: Daniel E. Gibson, Assistant General Counsel.
