NO. 1367 Ordinance No. 1367 - An Ordinance of the Lodi ADOPTED City Council prezoning the Frame parcel (.65 acres located at 14752 North Lower Sacramento Road) and the Grever Parcel (1.03 acres located at 777 Olive Court) To R-1, Single -Family Residential having been introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Lodi City Council held October 16, 1985 was brought up for passage on motion of Council Member Pinkerton, Reid second. Second reading of Ordinance was omitted after reading by title and the Ordinance was then adopted and ordered to print by the following vote: Ayes: Council Members - Pinkerton, Reid, Snider, and Hinchman (Mayor) Noes: Council Members - None Absent: Council Members - Olson Abstain: Council Members - None ORDiNl-uNCE NO. 1367 AN ORDT14ANCE PREZONING THE FRAME PARCEL (.65 ACRES LOCATED AT 14752 NORTH LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD) AND THE GREVER PARCEL, (1.03 ACRES LOCATED AT 777 OLIVE CO(RT) TO R-1, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The property hereinafter described and known as the Frame Parcel (.65 acres located at 14752 North Lower Sacramento Road) and the Grever parcel (1.03 acres located at 777 Olive Court) is hereby prezoned to R-1, Single -Family Residential. The alterations, changes, and amendn-ents of said Official District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning Ccannission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable thereto. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinarces in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one tune in the "Lodi News Sentinel.", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval. OLIVE COURT) to R-1, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL Ordinance No. 1367 - An Ordinance prezoning the Frame parcel (.65 acres located at 14752 North Lower Sacramento Road) and the Grever parcel (1.03 acres located at 777 Olive Court) to R-1, Single -Family Residential was introduced at a regular meeting of the Lodi City Council held October 16, 1985. The Draft Ordinance which is attached has been approved as to fore by the City Attorney. State Statute allows for the adoption of an Ordinance five days after its introduction. RE COYMENDE D ACTION: Following reading by title, it would be appropriate for the Lodi City Council to adopt Ordinance No. 1367. Alice M.
