Improvement in Iris Place, 1416 Iris Drive, have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subaivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and N&M Builders, dated January 28, 1987, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications for the work. No. 2075. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Iris Place, 1416 Iris Drive, have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodi and H&M Builders, dated January 28, 1987, and as specifically set forth .n the plans and specifications for the work. That all requirements of Chapter 16 of the Lodi Municipal Code have been complied with in connection with the improvements included in Iris Place, located at 1416 Iris Drive, which map was filed on February 22, 1987, in Volume 28, Page 19, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. 2. That the offer to dedicate the following streets has not been revoked. J C ety Atiornev CIT Y CLERK Y OF LOT The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on November 4, 1987, accepted the offsite subdivision improvements that were made in the above subdivision. Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the resolu- tion accepting the street improvements in this subdivision and the public storm, water, sanitary and electrical systems installed within the subdivi- sion. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will maintain the street and other public improvements installed. The enclosed letter, together with the security release form, has betn sent to your bank in order that the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance can be exonerated. The Instrument of Credit covering labor and materials must remain in effect for a period of 90 days from the date of the resolution, in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and the Subdivision Map Act. On February 4, 1988, this instrument can be released if no claims have been filed. If you have any questions, please contact me at any time. G.E. The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on November 4, 1987, accepted the offsite improvements in the above subdivision. This letter, together with the security release, is your authorization to exonerate the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance. The Instrument of Credit covering labor and materials must rem, -.in in effect until February 4, 1988, in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and the Subdivision Map Act. You will receive no further correspondence regarding the release of the Instrument of Credit for labor and materials unless a claim is filed. If you have any questions, please contact me. G.E.
