AGENDA TITLE: Accept Improvements in Sunwest Unit No. 6, Located in the
2200 Block of Grenoble Drive
I RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolutioq accepting the
subdivision improvements included in Tract No. 2046, Sunwest Gnit No. 6.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Sunwest Unit No. 6 have been
completed in substantial conformance with the requirements, of the Subdivision
Agreement between the City of Lodi and Chris R. and LaVeta Keszler dated
`'eptember 3, 1986, and as specifically set forth in the plans and
specifications for the work.
The street to be accepted is as follows:

The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 16 of the Lodi Municipal Code have been
complied with in connection with the improvements included in Sunwest Unit No. F,
located in the 2200 block of Grenoble Drive, which map was filed on September 11,
1986, in Volume 27, Page 100, gook of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records.
2. That the offer to dedicate the following streets has not been revoked.

The City Council of the City of Lodi at its meeting of November 4, 1957,
accepted the offsite subdivision improvements that were made in Sunwest
Unit No. 6.
Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the
resolution accepting the street improvements in this subdivision and the
public storm, water, sanitary and electrical systems installed within the
subdivision. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will
maintain the street and other public improvements installed.
Because of the nature of the Improvement Security Bond, it will not be
released unitl Sunwest Units 5 and 7 are completed and accepted by the
City.
