SUBJECT: NOTIFICATION FROM LODI AMBULANCE SERVICE OF RATE MODIFICATION -he attached letter has been received from Lodi Ambulance Service (Lifa Medical Industries, Inc.) dated October 15, 1987 giving 30 day notification of 4 rate modification which is to be effective November 20, 1987. Also enclosed for your information is a copy of Section 5.36.250 of the Lodi Municipal Code entitled "Rates to be Charged for Ambulance Service". Representatives of Lodi Ambulance Service have indicated that they will not be able to have representatives present at the November 4, 1987 meeting and asked ti;�!t if there are questions that Council continue the matter to the regular meeting of November 18, 1987. This letter will be read under "Communications - City Clerk" at the November 4, 1987 Council meeting.
