PGandE also requests authority to establish an Electric Revenue Adjustment Mechanism (ERAM) rate in accordance with Public Utilities Commission Decision No. 93887. The requested December 1 rate adjustments would decrease electric revenues about 9.4 percent or approximately $371 million for the 12 -month period beginning Decembet 1, 1982. The ECAC and other rate adjustments will not raise PGandE's Electric Department rate of return above the level of 12.2 percent last found reasonable for PGandE's Electric Department by the California Public Utilities Commission. This notice is given in accordance with Rule 24 of the revised Rules of Practice and Procedure of the California Public Utilities Commission.
