Tim Hachman, INVOLVEMENT IN Attorney-at-law and Ron Judson UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE On motion of Councilman Hughes, Murphy second, IMPROVEMENTS Council took the following actions pertaining to the Reynolds and LaMaie Parcels: Council set forth that the Assessment District will be required to install water and sewer improvements to extend utilities to Lockeford Street that the City of Lodi would pay for 8 foot of paving on the easterly side of the street (Cluff Avenue) on the Reynolds and LaMaie parcels: that the City Council established a policy -regarding the- front money for paving., that all monies and accrued interest for same be assessed at the time of development or connection to utilities and that upon dedication of the required right -of -way the City would be responsible for the installation of the curb, gutter. and sidewalk. STEIN City Attorney • The purpose of this letter Is to Inform _you of the decision made by the City Council at their Meeting on lednesday, October 21, 1991, as it affects your parcel on Cluff Avenue.. The City Council at their meet- ing of October 21 determined: 1. Upon your dedication of the required street right-of-way, the City would be responsible fol- the installation of the curb, gutter, and sidewatk. 2. The Assessment District will be required to install water and sewer improvements to extend utilities to Lockeford Street. 3. The City of Lodi would pay for 8 feet of paving on the easterly side of Cluff Avenue fronting your parcel. 4. The City Council established a policy regarding the front motley for paving, that all monies and accrued Interest for same be assessed to you, the property owner, at the time of development or connection to utilities.
