That a'3 foot public utility easement be dedicated
along the west side of 613 North Pleasant Avenue,
Lodi.

RESOLUTION NO. 83-114
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETIVEEN
601 AND 613 NORTH PLEASANT AVENUE, LODI (i.e.
ASSESSORS PARCEL NOS 041-050-32 AND 041-050-33)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lodi that
pursuant to Government Code Section 66412, the lot line
adjustment between 601 and 613 North Pleasant Avenue, Lodi
(i.e. Assessors Parcel Nos. 041-050-32 and 041-050-33) as
shown on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and thereby made a part
hereof is hereby approved with the following condition:
That a 3 foot public utility easement be dedicated
along the west side of 613 North Pleasant Avenue, Lodi.
