Ordinance No. 1339 - An Ordinance prezoning the Mills parcel
U -H, Unclassified Holding Lentil a development plan can be
approved by the Planning Cmmission and the City Council
having been introduced at a regular meeting of the Lodi City
Council held October 3, 1984 ivas brought up for passage on
motion of Council t1imber Olson, Reid second. Second reading
of the Ordinance was emitted after reading by title, and the
Ordinance was then adopted and ordered to print by the
following vote:
Ayes: Council Aimbers - Hinchman, Pinkerton, Olson,
Reid & Snider
Noes: Counc i I 5imbe rs - None

The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The property hereinafter described and known as the "Mills
Parcel" shall be prezoned to U -H, Unclassified Holding until a
development plan can be approved by the Planning Catmission and the
City Council. Assessor's Parcel No. 029-030-29, ca=nly known as
2401 West Lodi Avenue, Lodi, California.
The alterations, changes, and amendments of said Official
District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved
by the City Planning Coamission and by the City Council of this City
after public hearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter
27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the S2aie of
California applicable thereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed arni
published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect
thirty days fran and after its passage and approval.

thereafter passed, adopted, and ordered to print at
a regular meeting of said Council held October 17,

Olson & Snider (Mayor)
