SUBJECT: Lakeshore Village, Unit No. 7
The City Council of the City of Lodi at its meeting of October 16, 1985,
accepted the offsite subdivision improvements that were made in Lakeshore
Village, Unit No. 7.
Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the
resolution accepting the street improvements in this subdivision and the
public storm, water, sanitary and electrical systems installed within the
subdivision. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will
maintain the street and other public improvements installed.
A copy of this letter will be sent to your bonding agency in order that
the bond covering faithful performance can be exonerated. The bond
covering labor and materials will have to remain in effect for a period of
90 days from the date of the resolution in conformance with the
requirements of the State of California and Subdivision Map Act.

COUNCIL COMMUNICATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the
Subdivision Improvements and streets included in Tract Map No. 1906, Lakeshore
Village, Unit No. 7.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: improvements in Lakeshore Village, Unit No. 7 have been
completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision
Agreement between the City of Lodi and Grupe Communities, Inc., dated April 18,
1984, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by
the City 'Council.
The streets to be accepted are as follows:

The City Council of the City of Lodi finds:
1. That all requirements of Chapter 22 of the Cade of the City
of Lodi have been complied with i,xi connection with the improvements
of Tract Map No. 1906 Lakeshore Village, Unit No. 7, which map was
filed May 17, 1984 in Volune 26, Page 135, Book of Maps and Plats,
San Joaquin County Records,
2. That the offer to dedicate the streets hereinafter has not
been revoked.
