northeast corner of West Lodi Avenue and Lower Sacramento
Road to P -D, Planned Development District, to acoc m odate a
cluster home development with recreational amenities,
having been introduced at a Special Meeting of the Lodi
City Council held October 8, 1986 was brought up for
passage on motion of Council Member Hi-rw-hman, Olson
second. Second reading of the Ordinance was omitted after
reading by title and the Ordinance was then adopted and
ordered to print by the following vote:

SUBJECT: ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1393
NO.
Ordinance No. 1393 - An Ordinance of the City of Lodi prezoning Parkview
Terrace, a 20 acre, 155 unit adult comminity at the northeast corner of West
Lodi Avenue and Lower_ Sacramento Road to P -D, Planned Development District, to
accomodate a cluster home development with recreational amenities was
introduced following a public hearing on the matter held October 8, 1986.
PursuAnt to state statute, ordinances may be adopted five days after their
introduction following reading by title.
This ordinance has been approved as to form by the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Follming reading by title, it would be appropriate for the Lodi City Council
to adopt Ordinance No. 1393.

TO ACOOMMIMATE A CLUSTER HCME DEVELOPMENT WITH
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Parkview Terrace, a 20 acre, 155 unit adult cmmunity,
at the northeast corner of West Lodi Avenue and Lower Sacramento
Road is hereby prezoned to P -D, Planned Development District, to
accommdate a cluster have development with recreational amenities.
The alterations, changes, and amendments of said Official
District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved
by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City
after public hearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter
27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of
California applicable thereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect
thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
