ORDINANCE PREZONING
JOHNSON RANCH NO. 2
ORD. NO. 1391 Ordinance No. 1391 - An Ordinance prezoning Johnson Ranch
ADOPTED #2, a 30.6 acre, 145 single-family lot project located
south of the City limits near the future extension of
CC -53(a) Century Boulevard and west of Cherokee Lane to R-2,
Single -Family Residential, having been introduced at the
Special Council Meeting of October 8, 1986, was brought up
for passage on motion of Mayor Pro Tempore Olson, Hincturan
second. Second reading of the Ordinance was them omitted
after reading by title and the Ordinance was then adopted
and ordered to print by the following vote:
Ayes: Council Members - Hinchman, Olson,
Pinkerton, Snider, and
Reid (Mayor)
Noes: Council Members - None
Absent: Council Members - None
Abstain: Council Members - None

Ordinance No. 1391 - An Ordinance of the City of Lodi prezoning Johnson Ranch
#2, a 30.6 acre, 145 single-family lot project located south of the City limits
near the future extension of Century Boulevard and west of Cherokee Lane to
R-2, Single -Family Residential was introduced following a Public Hearing on the
matter held October 8, 1986.
Pursuant to State Statute, ordinances may be adopted five days after their
introduction, follawing reading by title.
This ordinance has been approved as to form by the City Attorney.
REVOMMENDED ACTICN:
Ebllowing reading by title, it would be appropriate for the Lodi City Council
to adopt Ordinanoe No. 1391.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Lodi held October 8, 1986 and was thereafter
passed, adopted, and ordered to print at a regular
meeting of said Council held October 15, 1986 by the

Snider, and Raid (Mayor)
