NO. 1407 ADOPTED Mayor Pro Tempore Snider asked to abstain from discussion and voting on the following matter because of a possible CC -53(d) conflict of interest. CC -58(d) CC -149 Ordinance No. 1401 entitled, "An Ordinancerezoning the Batch property (i.e. Lodi Park West Estates), a __0 acre residential project consisting of single-family lots, senior citizens housing, an elementary school site and an T addition to Westgate Park -Storm Drainage Basin" having been introduced at the Adjourned Regular Meeting of September 30, 1987, was brought up for passage on motion of Council Member Reid, Hinchman second. TO OCTOBER 14, 1987 SUBJECT: ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1407 - AN ORDINANCE PREZONING THE BATCH PROPERTY t (i.e. LODI PARK WEST ESTATES), A 100 ACRE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT CONSISTING OF SINGLE-FAMILY LOTS, SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING, AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE AND AN ADDITION TO WESTGATE PARK -STORM DRAINAGE BASIN Ordinance No. A. - "An Ordinance Prezoning the Batch Property (i.e. Lodi Park West Estates), a 100 acre residential project consisting of single -family -Lots, senior citizens housing, an elementary school site and an addition to Westgate Park -Storm Drainage Basin" was introduced at the Adjourned Regular Meeting of September 30, 1987. a Pursuant to State Statute, Ordinances may be adopted five days after their introduction following reading by title. This Ordinance has been approved as to form by the City Attorney. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Following reading by title, it would be appropriate for -the Lodi City Council to adopt Ordinance No. 1407.
