NO. 87-132 CC -46 CITY COUNCIL MEETING OCT08ER 14, 1987 Council adopted Resolution No. 87-132 accepting the development improvements for 25 South Stockton Street. These improvements have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Development Agreement between the City of Lodi and Herb Preszler dated May 13, 1987, ano as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications for the work. STOCKTON STREET The City Council of the City of Lodi finds: That all requirements of the Development Agreement for 25 S. Stockton Street dated May 13, 1987, between the City of Lodi and Herb Preszler have been complied with. The improvements are shown on Drawing 87DO40 which is on file in the Public Works Department. Box 1434 Lodi, CA 95241 SUBJECT: 25 South Stockton Street The City Council of the City of Lodi at its meeting of October 14, 1987, accepted the offsite improvements that were made in the development at 25 South Stockton Street. Enclosed for your files and for your information is a copy of the resolution accepting the fire hydrant and public water system installed within the development. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will maintain the public improvements installed. A copy of this letter will be sent to your bonding agency in order that the bond covering faithful performance can be exonerated. The bond covering labor and materials will have to remain in effect for a period of 90 days from the date of the resolution in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and Subdivision Map Act. This letter, together with the security release, is your authorization to exonerate the Bond covering faithful performance. The Performance Bond covering labor and materials must remain in effect until January 14, 1988, in conformance with the requirements of the State of California and the Subdivision Map Act. You will receive no further correspondence regarding the release of the Performance Bond for tabor and materials unless a claim is filed. If'you have any questions, please contact me. G.E.
