i'I was apprised that Thomas Luckey Construction Inc.
the developer of Sand Creek Condominiums has furnished the
Cit; with the necessary agreements, improvement securities,
and fees for the proposed subdivision. This is a 3 lot
condominium subdivision located at the corner of Sand
Creek Drive and Mills Avenue. It is proposed that Lots 1
and 2 each contain 45 condominium units and tot 3, 38
condominium units.

SUBJECT: Approval )f Saod Creek Ccndominlums
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map and
subdivision documents for Sand Creek Condominiums, Tract No. 1810 and
direct the City Manager and City Clerk to sign the subdivision agreement
and map on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Thomas Luckey Construction, Inc., the developer
of San Creck.Condominiums, has furnished the City with the necessary
agreement, Improvement Secu3itles, and fees for he proposed subdivision.
This is a 3 -lot condominium subdivision located at the corner of Sand
Creek Drive and Mills Avenue. It is proposed that cots 1 and 2 each
contain 46 condominium units and lot 3, 38 condominium units.
