This is a 3 lot condominium subdivision located at the corner of Sand Creek Drive and Mills Avenue. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Thomas Luckey Construction, Inc., the developer of San Creck.Condominiums, has furnished the City with the necessary agreement, Improvement Secu3itles, and fees for he proposed subdivision. This is a 3 -lot condominium subdivision located at the corner of Sand Creek Drive and Mills Avenue.
