SUBJECT: Subdivision Improvement Addendum for
Stonetree Tract No. 1692
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the Subdivision improvement
Agreement Addendum with Stonetree Investment Company for the improvements of
Almond Drive and Cherokee Lane, and authorize the City Manager and City Clerk
to sign on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: As part of the development of Stonetree Subdiv'sion,
the subdivider will be installing street improvements along Almond Drive and
Cherokee Lane. The City has a responsibility for reconstructing the pavement
on Almond Drive and Cherokee Laron. I-ncluded in the subdivider's bid proposal
was the City's portion of the work. The tow bid for the City's portion was
$16,026.80. The price is reasonable, and it is in the City's best Interest to
Install these improvements at the same time as the subdivision improvements..
We recommend that the Council approve this agreement to have the work done.
A copy of the agreement is attached.

V1THESSETH
WHEREAS, the parties have entered Into a subdivision agreement which
agreement covers the responsibilities of City and of Subdivider for the
development of Stonetree, Tract Me. 1692;
WHEREAS, the City is rezponsible for reconstructing pavement on...
Almond Drive and Cherokee Lane; and
WHEREAS, Subdivider has provided City with a firm figure from Sub-
divlder's contractor for doing said work; and
WHEREAS, it is In Subdivl&r's.and City's best interest to do the
work at the time the subdivision construction is done.
NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto as follows:
1. That this document is considered an addendum .to the original-.
subdivision agreement between the -.two parties;
2.
That Subdivider will see that the
work shown on the development
plans for the subdivision shal I be completed: at= the, same,_1
and in the same manner as work in
the subdivision;

10% until acceptance of the work by the City Council,
