ADOPTED
Ordinp.nce No. 1363 - An Ordinance prezoning Taves Park, a
proposed 23.6 acre residential institutional and commercial
project as R-2, Single Family Residential; R -C -P,
Residential-Conmercial-Professional; and C -S,
Camiercial-Shopping as shown on Alternate "B" in the Final
Environmental Impact Report having been introduced at a
regular meeting of the Lodi City Council held September 18,
1985 was brought up for passage on motion of Council
Member Olson, Reid second. Second reading of the Ordinance
was emitted after reading by title and the Ordinance was
then adopted and ordered to print by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members - Olson, Pinkerton, Snider and
Reid
NOES: Council Members - None
ABSENT: Council Members - Hinchman (Mayor)

Ordinance No. 1363 entitled "An Ordinance prezoning Taves Park, a proposed
23.6 acre residential institutional and commercial project as R-2,
Single -Family Residential; R -C -P, Residential -C mercial-Professional; wid
C -S, Commercial Shopping as shown on Alternate "B" in the Final
Environmental Impact Report" was introduced at a regular meeting of the
Lodi City Council held September 18, 1985.
The Draft Ordinance which is attached has been approved as to form by the
Ccrmmnity Development Director.
State Statute allows for the adoption of an Ordinance five days after its
introduction.
Following reading by title, it would be appropriate for the Lodi City
Council to adopt Ordinance No. 1363.

Environmental Impact Report" was introduced at a regular meeting of the
Lodi City Council held September 18, 1985.

AND C -S, COMMERCIAL SHOPPING AS SHOWN ON ALTERNATE "B"
IN THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The property hereinafter described and known as the
"Taves Park", a proposed. 23.6 acre residential institutional and
camercia.l project as R-2, Single -Family Residential; R -C -P,
Residential -Commercial -Professional; and C -S, Ccannerciai Shopping
as shown on Alternate "B" in the Final Environmental Tmpact Report.
The a -Iterations, changes, and amens zts of said Official
District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by
the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after
public hearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of
the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California
applicable thereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect
thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
