Ordinance No. 1362 - An Ordinance prezoning Maggio
Industrial Park, a proposed 37.6 acre industrial project at
the northwest corner of South Stockton Street and Harney
Lane to M-2, Heavy Industrial having been introduced at a
Regular meting of the Lodi City Council held September 18,
1985 was brought up for passage on motion of Council Member
Snider, Olson second. Second reading of the Ordinance was
adopted and ordered to print by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members - Olson, Pinkerton, Snider, and
Reid
NOES: Council Members - hone
ABSENT: Council bombers Hirschman (Mayor)

Ordinance No. 1362 entitled "An Ordinance prezoning Maggio Industrial Park,
a proposed 37.6 acre industrial project at the northwest corner of South
Stockton Street and Harney Lane to M-2, Heavy Industrial" was introduced
at a regular meeting of the Lodi City Council held September 18, 1985.
The Draft Ordinance which is attached has been approved as to form by the
Canmmity Development Director.
State Statute allows for the adoption of an Ordinance five days after its
introduction.

Stockton Street and Harney Lane to M-2, Heavy Industrial" was introduced
at a regular meeting of the Lodi City Council held September 18, 1985.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Following reading by title, it would be appropriate for the Lodi City
Council to adopt Ordinance No. 1362.

AN ORDINANCE PREZONING MAGGIO INDUSTRIAL PARK,
A PROPOSED 37.6 ACRE INDUSTRIAL PRQ=
AT THE NOF=IFST CORNER OF SOUTH STOCKTON STREET
AND HARVEY LANE TO M-2, NAVY INDUSTRIAL
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The property hereinafter described and known as the
"Maggio Industrial Park", a proposed 37.6 acre industrial project at
the northwest corner of South Stockton Street and Harney Lane, Lodi,
is hereby prezoned to M-2, Heavy Industrial.
The alterations, changes, and amendments of said Official District
Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City
Planning Connission and by the City Council of this City after public
hearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code
of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable
thereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinancb shall be published one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect
thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
